Borrowing Procedure in the New Normal
- Search the book/s you want to borrow in the Web OPAC. Request the book/s through this link.
- LViRA will send notification once the request is ready to deliver/ pick-up.
- Patron should sign the Book Receipt/ Borrower’s Record and leave it on the box provided.

- Renewal may be done at the designated counters or Chat LViRA for assistance.
- Up to two consecutive online renewals are allowed two days before the due date. After that, you'll be asked to renew over the counter to show proof that the borrowed item is still in good physical condition.
- Online renewal is not possible for overdue books.
- Borrowed items may be returned at designated counters of the SEC unit libraries during the respective libraries’ service hours.
- Fill-out the form provided or book return form online through this link.
- Book/s should be placed in the Book Drop Box for quarantine period.
- LViRA will send an acknowledgement email confirming your returned items.
- Materials returned late are subject to overdue fines.
- Reservation may be done manually at the designated counters or Chat LViRA for assistance.
